Firm Profile

We are a general practice law firm established in May 1887. The firm genealogy begins with William H. Hart (1862-1941) who began his practice of law in 1887, and continues with: William W. Hart (1894-1968) who was the son of William H. Hart - Marion M. Hart (1896-1964) who was the brother of William H. Hart - William W. Hart, Jr. (1925-1996) who was the son of William W. Hart.  Hart family members who still practice in the firm are Richard O. Hart, who is the son of Marion M. Hart, who began his practice with the firm 1954 and who has not practiced with any other firm in his 47 years of practicing law, Murphy C. Hart who is the son of Richard O. Hart and began his practice in 1983 with the firm.
